OVERVIEW This website is operated by Pawfectcanvas. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pawfectcanvas. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.
SECTION 1 - USER CONTENT & COPYRIGHT DISCLAIMER Our Service requires you to upload personal photographs to create custom pet portraits. By uploading an image to our Site, you represent and warrant that:

You are the rightful owner of the image or have obtained explicit legal permission from the copyright owner to use and modify the image.

The image does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and modify the uploaded image strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Pawfectcanvas strictly disclaims any liability for copyright infringement arising from images uploaded by customers. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect an uploaded image violates copyright laws or contains inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
SECTION 2 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF FINAL ARTWORK While you retain the rights to your original uploaded photograph, Pawfectcanvas retains the copyright and intellectual property rights to the final stylized digital artwork and the proprietary design templates (e.g., 19th-century portraits, specific artistic styles) created by our team. The final canvas product you purchase is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the stylized artwork for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF COLORS AND PRODUCTION We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and intricate details of our artistic styles. However, because we print on physical museum-grade canvas, and computer monitors display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be a 100% exact match to the final printed physical product. Slight color and crop variations are a normal part of the custom printing process.
SECTION 4 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no case shall Pawfectcanvas, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or print-on-demand suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered.
