Return & Refund Policy
At Pawfectcanvas, every portrait is a 1-of-1 masterpiece, meticulously designed and custom-printed exclusively for your pet. Because our gallery-wrapped canvases are entirely bespoke and created based on your personal photos, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for a change of mind.
However, your satisfaction with the final artwork is our highest priority. We stand behind our museum-grade quality and will always make things right if there is an error on our end.
Damages and Manufacturing Errors We partner with premium printing facilities to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition. In the rare event that your canvas arrives damaged during transit, or if there is a clear manufacturing defect, we will gladly send you a free replacement.
To request a replacement:

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Email us at support@pawfectcanvas.com with your order number.

Include clear photographs showing the damage to the canvas or the printing error, as well as the packaging it arrived in.
Once our team reviews the photos and confirms the issue, a replacement masterpiece will be expedited to you at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations & Modifications Because we begin the delicate process of digital illustration and rendering shortly after your order is placed, we can only accept cancellations or modifications (such as changing the pet photo, shipping address, or portrait style) within 12 hours of your purchase.
If you need to make an adjustment, please email us immediately at support@pawfectcanvas.com with the subject line "Order Modification." Once the 12-hour window has passed, the artwork moves into the final printing stage and the order can no longer be altered or canceled.
Color Variations Please note that every monitor and mobile display handles colors differently. While we strive to ensure our 19th-century and classic art styles are perfectly calibrated for print, slight variations between the vibrant colors on your digital screen and the final printed canvas may occur and are not considered manufacturing defects.
