How Long Will It Take to Receive My Portrait? At Pawfectcanvas, every single order is a custom masterpiece. Because our artists design your artwork from scratch and we use a premium print-on-demand process, receiving your order happens in three main stages: Design, Production, and Shipping.

Stage 1: Artwork Creation & Proofing (1-2 Business Days) Once you place your order and upload your pet's photo, our digital artists will begin crafting your portrait. Within 1-2 business days, you will receive an email with a watermarked digital proof.

  • Note: The faster you approve your proof or request revisions, the faster we can move to the next stage. Production will NOT begin until we receive your final "APPROVED" reply.

Stage 2: Production & Printing (2-5 Business Days) After you approve the artwork, your order is sent to our premium printing facility. Here, your masterpiece is printed on gallery-quality frameless canvas, carefully inspected, securely packaged, and prepared for dispatch. This process takes 2-5 business days.

Stage 3: Shipping & Delivery (5-7 Business Days) Once your order leaves our facility, shipping times depend on your location.

  • US, UK, Canada & Australia: Typically 5-7 business days.

  • Rest of the World: Typically 10-15 business days.

Total Estimated Time From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, please expect a total timeline of 8 to 14 business days (depending on how quickly you approve the digital proof).

Order Tracking As soon as your package ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of the canvas you select. (Optional: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $XXX!)

International Shipping, Customs, and Duties We proudly ship worldwide! Please note that for international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. Pawsterpiece is not responsible for these additional charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please email us immediately at support@pawfectcanvas.com. We can only update your shipping address before your artwork has been approved and sent to production. Once the order is in the production stage or has been shipped, we can no longer make changes.
