Can I see the pet portrait before printing?
Yes, absolutely! Within 1-2 business days after placing your order, our artists will email you a watermarked digital proof. We will never send your artwork to print until you are 100% happy and reply with "APPROVED".
Is my pet photo good enough to use?
Most likely, yes! Just make sure the photo is taken in natural light, at eye level, and your pet's face is sharp and clear. Don't worry about messy backgrounds, leashes, or collars—our artists will expertly remove them. If there's an issue with your photo resolution, we'll email you right away to ask for a new one before we start.
What if I don't like my pet portrait?
We offer unlimited revisions during the proofing stage. If the lighting or blending isn't quite right, we'll tweak it until it's perfect. If you want to try a completely different photo, simply send it over! Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We partner with a global network of premium printing facilities (Printify). This means your artwork is printed and shipped from a facility closest to you, ensuring fast, secure, and trackable delivery no matter where you live.
Do you just design dog portraits?
Not at all! While dogs are our most popular clients, we can create masterpieces for cats, bunnies, birds, horses, and even micro-pigs. If it's an animal you love, our artists can work their magic.
